bifurcation

my wife and i have been seperated for 3+ years and living apart in pa. we have resolved child custody and support issues and signed our 3301(c) consents for divorce. how do i obtain a bifurcated divorce as we can't agree on a property settlement and how long and difficult is the process of bifuracation? thanks

A motion for bifurcation can be filed with the court. How long it takes and whether it is granted depends on a case by case basis and which county you are located in.
