Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

child custody

What's the best course of actions when the father of my child, constantly puts her emotional and physical health behinds everything else in his life, while she is in his custody? He drives after drinking with her in the car, leaves her life for a month at a time, bad talks me in front of her constantly, has her sleep in the living room floor instead of providing her with a room to stay in and doesnt support her at all financially, how can I go about having him only get supervised visitation or no visitation, what's the best course of action I can take?

Re: child custody

Hopefully there is a custody order in place. If there isn't step one is to file for one. If there is you should see a lawyer and see if anything you allege he has done violates the custody order. If it does then you could file a petition to have him held in contempt as well as modify the current order.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me. The initial consultation is free.

there are a few courses of action you can take to make sure the child has a safe home environment, to prohibit the father from defaming you in front of the child, as well as pushing the matter for support. Please call my firm to discuss. Free consultation.
