Child Custody

my daughter's father hasnt seen her in over a year and hasnt paid support. what do i do.

Assuming there's a custody order in place. That order set forth his rights in regard to the child. The key word here is rights which specifies what he may do not what he has to do.

The other issue is support again if there is an order. You need to contact the domestic relations office of your county and make him pay up. If there is no order you need to go to that office and get one.
