Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Custody, and Lawyer problems
I have been waiting to take my ex back to court to modify the current custody order. about 2months ago my lawyer said it was time to do so, i have still been waiting for him to do so. I have tried to contact him, but he is always busy. I have been trying to reach him for 1 month, i call a few times a week. He still has failed to get information since January 24th for this case, (reports, talking to my ex's lawyer) what should i do? Also, i have requested that my address be confidential through the courts, and have taken every measure so my ex doesn't get my addy. i got 2 letters in the mail that were sent to her house because i guess they didn't have my new address. she had written my new address on these letters to be forwarded to me. If the court did give her my address, what can i do? i don't want to be stalked, and harassed by her again. My oldest who is 5 has told me that they drive past where i live and park frequently. There is no reason for this, she lives more than an hour away.
