cutody

my ex and i broke up 8 months ago. in the last 6 months she has moved 6 times and is about to move again being unable to provide a secure roof for my daughter. there is no cutody order. i have my baby here today. if i dont give her back, can i get in trouble with the law???

Without a custody order you both have equal right to the child. I would advise you to speak with a lawyer and file a complaint for custody with an emergency motion for full physical custody pending the full hearing based on her novement. I offer free initial consultations.
