Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My ex-girlfriend is currently pregnant with my baby and as the father I want to be there for my baby and I'll make sure of that, but my "Ex" keeps threatening to put me on child support. Is there any legal action I can take if she does try to put me on child support?

And for what reason should you not be required to pay child support?

Even if she were to give you a signed notarized document saying she won't go after you for child support it's worthless. If you are the parent of a child in Pennsylvania you owe that child support.

PS: I'd love for you to answer my question.
