Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My husband and I have been separated for two and half years. I have already paid and filied for the divorce thru our county court house and received a docit number for the filing of the divorce however we still have the paper work end of it to do and it has been impossiable to get him to go to the notary and finish what needs to be done to finish the filing of the divorce. What can I do to get this divorce finished????

Once he accepted the divorce paperwork and your grounds for the divorce are 2 years separation you don't need him to do anything. It will take a bit longer (about a month) but you can get the divorce without him signing a single piece of paper.

You need to get the file to John or an experienced family law attorney near you so they can make sure all of your papers are filed correctly. As John said since it has been over two years you don't need his signature on anything to get the divorce finished. It will be well worth the fee that the attorney charges to get it done.
