Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

legal responses

My ex-wife and attorney filed court papers for a master's hearing in an attempt to go to a co-parenting coordinator. If I want to respond to accusations stated in those papers, how do I legally respond without the representation of an attorney so that the response is oficial with the court?

Re: legal responses

You'd have to draft an answer and file it with the prothonotary. Then you have to serve it on the other party. There might need to be a hearing. In any case your in the hole.

The standard is the best interests of the child. How can you argue that you and the ex wife getting along better would not be in the child's best interest?

If you have any questions feel free to contact me. The initial consultation is free.
