Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I have partial custody of my son. My ex-wife is asking the courts to force me to make sure he attends all extra curricular activities while he is in my custody. The drive is 90 mins. each way. Can the courts impose that, leagally?

The court usually encourages consistency with attending activities, however, she should also be consulting you prior to signing him up, if you have joint legal custody. It is your time and if she is being overly intrusive by unilaterally scheduling activities the court would have a problem with that.
