my rights as a live in girlfriend of 12 years

I live in a house with my boyfriend of 12 years. Our bank accounts have always had both our names on it, we bought a house together , but because of pa law we were not married only his name went on the house , but i paid for everything leading up to it. what are my rights if i break off the engagement and move on ? am I entitled to half of everything since we have been together for 12 years ( he was previously married and so was I but his divorce happened after mine) I want to know my rights

This is a difficult matter you should seek legal counsel. Clearly the accounts that are in joint names belong to each of you. The house situation is more complex. Since it is entitled in his name you have a difficult situation. However there are procedures in equity which may allow you to claim some credit for monies you expended toward maintenace of the house. In any event I would speak with an attorney as soon as possible.
