MY husband is currently paying support for his two sons--name removed--His oldest is over 18--name removed--out of school--name removed--and has a full time job--name removed--He will be attending night school in Sept--name removed--to learn computer programing--name removed--He is still living with his mother who does not have him pay room and board--name removed--He.is bringing home around 250.00 clear each week--name removed--more than his parents make--name removed--Are we still responsable to pay support for him--name removed----name removed----name removed----name removed----name removed--

No. once he became emancipated, your husband had no further obligation for support. File a modification petition with domestic relations, for his removal.
