Stuck in the middle

My wife has a daughter who was living with her father in Texas, she tried living with us but wanted to go there instead of following our rules. Two years later she shows up at our door with her boyfriend and a 2 month old baby. We have no room and tell her she cant live with us.She moves in with the grandmother who sues my wife for child support which is fine but is my wife responsible for the baby? The girl is 16 now and is on prbation for shop lifting in Texas, and stole a car when she was with us.

Also, babysitting help can also be arrandge for grand-daughter while daughter works. Sixteen is a legal age to work in Pa. with school and parents permission.
