Once he follows through and fails to bring the child for your weekend visit, you have the option to file for contempt to enforce the Order. Assuming that this is a PA court order he would need to file for a modification of the custody. Because he did not his decision to change the terms with out your consent is a violation. The bad news is that he actually has to violate the order. Saying he will is not enough. So you probably should file you petition for contempt of custody after the first missed visit.

My first question is, thinking of the kids, is it reasonable to change the schedule and if so can you and your ex come to an agreement?
