Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

My husband is being sued by ford motor co. For a vehicle he cosigned for his ex wife when they were married. When he filed for divorce she let ford repo the vehicle. She solely made all payments before that. Since the divorce it states in the divorce decree that she is responsible for said vehicle. My husband was also taken to court last year and win the case against ford. Now they are appealing. Will we win again ?

I am confused by your question. Are they suing again or are they appealing? I ask because they can't appeal a year later. Appeals have to be filed within 30 days. If they are suing now, you need to hire a lawyer. It should be dismissed because they already lost. If that isn't possible for whatever reason then your husband has to add his ex as an additional defendant. Again, you need a lawyer.
