Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania
Can i be sued for 600.00 dollars for a vechile i sold for 1200.00 as is ,because he never got a title from me.he said he did not need one now he is taking me to court because he said its only worth scrap price now ?

Anybody can sue anybody else at any time, so yes, you can be sued.
