Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

Im 15 weeks pregnant and have been with my current employer for almost a year, I have never called off and always went in when they needed help. Now since they found out im pregnant they said they are looking for a replacement for me can they legally do this or is it discrimination?
