Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

sexual harrassment

what do I need to prove & pursue a sexual harrasment case at work while I am still employed? My supervisor does not curb offensive behavior/talk of any of my coworkers. As a former supervisor at a prior employer- I was instructed to take any sex-related issue quite seriously.

Re: sexual harrassment

You definitely need to take this seriously, and it sounds like you are the victim of a hostile environment. First, make a written complaint to your HR, and print out and save a copy of what you send. Then contact an attorney to handle resolution of the matter with the EEOC. Feel free to call our offices or e-mail me directly at [email protected].

Re: sexual harrassment

I agree with what Mr. Cevallos said. If you feel that you were subject to harassment that was sufficiently severe or pervasive enough to alter your conditions of employment and to create an abusive work environment then you should seek legal help.
