Whistleblower forced out of job
I was employed by a company out of PA, but lived in GA. I was sexually harassesd on the job and reported it to my supervisor. At no time was this sitation resolved yet during this time I was subjected to a hostile environment and finally let go because I could no longer perform my duties because of their hostility. This was 9/03. I never knew my rights, just thought that HR would take care of it. Can I sue the company?

Are you in Georgia or Pennsylvania? If you are in Georgia, whether or not you can sue depends upon Georgia law.

In Pennsylvania, you're WAY out of time. You have to file a complaint with state agency within 6 months or federal agency within 12 months.

This is a pure sexual harassment question, not a whistleblower situation.
