Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

I was granted possession from the MDJ Office,my resident has filed an appeal. I must respond to the appeal with-in 20 days. Are there certains papers that need to be filled out , to file a complaint against the appeal I am located in Penna.

Yes, an answer must be filed. I would suggest that you retain a lawyer in your area. If the answer isn't submitted in time or isn't written correctly, the court can enter a judgment in favor of the tenant without a hearing just based on their appeal and your failure to file a proper answer.
