Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

I own my home and rent a room to a roommate. I would like to ask her to leave. I live in the state of Pennsylvania. How can I legally ask her to leave, we have no written lease and it has been over a year that she has lived with me.

First, you could just ask. If she agrees then that's that. Otherwise you would need to serve her with a notice to quit and if that doesn't get her gone then you go to the DJ for a writ of possession.
