Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

should owe

me and my lanlord agree for me to move out in the middle of may of 2007 becasue i was having problems paying my rent,so when i left i owed 445 that was from the month before,so i left may 22,when i came back a couple of weeks later to recieve mail from neighbour i saw and eviction court paper stuck on outside door...why i don't know becasue he had two mths rent of minds that he did't return to me so he should of owe me,he should off take out rent due amd i left the apt in mint condition i painted and everthing but he still took me to court and i missed that date because i came there after,to make a long story short what can i do know he has this judgement against me and i should not owe him anything he lied about alot of stuff and i have papers to back it up so what can i do to remove this false judgement?

Appeal the decision. Go to the court that entered the decision and let them know that you want to appeal pro se (without counsel). They should provide you the paperwork to do so and they'll let you know what the costs would be for the appeal.
