Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Pennsylvania

Knee revision

In Jan 2007 I had a knee replacement, right after I was taken from the operating room my drain was pulled out by the x-ray tec. I had always had pain and my new knee was hot to touch. I had a revision done on march 12,2008 by a new doctor and he found liguifed bone torn ligment removed my knee cap and a lot of snovenial fluid. also the implant was malposotined Do you think I have a case
