I have discussed this issue with one of the largest firms handling these cases and would be happy to put you in touch with them.

Suggest that you call the pharmacy where you had the scripts filled to ask about getting a record of your prescriptions.

This can generally be done on short notice - BUT is not a reason to delay contacting an attorney.

Yes. You may have a case. Our firm has been involved with SSRI litigation. It is not just Seroquel, but other drugs in this same class of drugs, that have a risk of diabetes assocaited with them (e.g. Zyprexa is another).
