Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Pennsylvania

I had gotten a spinal tap from a hospital and about a year later I started having problems with my back. I found out I had gotten osteomyelitis. And my doctors feel thats how I got it. I now have back aches and pains. I have to take about 15 pills a day. And my bills are getting very expensive. Do I have a good case to sue. And for how much?

You may have a case, but you need to go to your primary care doctor and ask him whether, in his medical opinion, your osteomyletis was CAUSED by the spinal tap. Unless a DOCTOR (not a nurse, not a chiropractor) tells you that there is causation, you are not likely to have a case.
