marriage and liability

I am planning on marrying someone who owns a trucking business and it is an LLC...if my house is in my name and he were to get sued could they come after my assets if I am his wife?

If there is no judgment against you, assets that in your sole name cannot be touched just because you're married to someone who has a judgment against your spouse. Does that answer your question?
