Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

what type of lawyer do we need?

My husband is a medical waste management worker and he was stuck by a needle today, through his protective gloves, through a box, and the needle was supposed to be in a sharps container. he followed protocol, and went to the hospital to file a report. He now has to take 4 medications to prevent HIV if he has it, and also hepatitis.followed by blood tests every 3 mos. What type of lawyer do we need- we would like to possibly sue the nursing home who was negligent with the sharps containers. Do you think we have a case?thanks for your time.

A personal injury attorney. Sounds like they were negligent in maintaining their supplies. I would need additional information. Please contact me to further discuss, or we can schedule an appointment at one of my several office locations.

there is a claim for fear of aids. In addition, he may have a workers comp. claim. It depends upon injury and treatment. Has there been any counseling? You need a firm that handles injury claims and worker compensation. Call me.
