Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Co-Ownership of Car

I'm tring to sell my car and I am a co-owner of the vehicle and made all payments and insurance is under my name. Does the other owner have to be present when I sign the car? I have no contact information for this person. What can I do?

Re: Co-Ownership of Car

You need to locate the other owner to sign to transfer clear title.

You may need to hire someone to locate the other owner to complete this transaction.

Good luck to you.
