im 17 and was sexually harrassed at work do my parents need to be involved for me to do anything about it?

Well, yes and no. They may be involved to the extent they need to represent you in a lawsuit, but here's what you need to do at work: (1) complain, in writing, to your boss. (2) read your employee handbook--if they tell you to call a hotline--call the hotline; (3) document everything they do to help or not help.
