Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania

What advice can you give me regarding a traffic citation regarding what the officer claims (not stopping at a stop sign)? I did in fact stop, but apparently not long enough to suit this particular police officer! I reside in the city of Wilkes-Barre, PA., and the incident occurred in the borough of Harvey's Lake, Pa. (Luzerne County)

You should fight it and they will probably downgrade it to a non-point offense. I can refer you to a very fine attorney in Wilkes-Barre who handles these matters and who would not charge an outlandish fee.

His name is Jno A. Bednarz Jr 15 Public Sq Wilkes Barre, PA 18701 (570) 8210480 (570) 824-8771 (570) 823-9477 (fax)

Please tell him Saul Segan referred you...Good luck...If you were closer to me geographically I would be glad to help you
