Father's Assets

My father did not have a will, but had all of his assets in my name. Now my sister and brother are suing for their share? Is this possible - can they do this?

How are the assets titled? When were they transferred to you? Was there a condition to the transfer of the assets? These are some of the factors that will be looked at to see if they are entitled to any part of the assets.....You should consult with an attorney to protect your assets...
