contact the register of wills office in philadelphia. They should be able to locate the will and probate filing number if you give them the date your father died. You should be able to order copies of probate documents including the will or if you are in philadelphia you can go the the register of wills to review and or get copies. If there is no will you should contact an attorney to discuss the situation. Did your father die before or after your step mother. An administration can be filed in the county where your father died. In any event I would consult with an attorney to discuss the facts of your case more in depth.
