Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

My grandmother died in July of 2009. In her will she trusted her real estated property to five of her six children. Just before she passed, she verbally stated to the five siblings that she wanted the sixth child to receive monies from the sale of her property. We are expecting resistance from one of the siblings. What should we do in this situation? Is the eldest entitled to any monies, since she was not included in the will, but she was named Power of Attorney over my grandmother's financial affairs while she was alive.

I'd really need to discuss this in detail before deciding on a response....

Perhaps we could schedule a telephone conference with some of the interested siblings or we could sit down in my office.

This matter needs to be addressed soon as there needs to be an estate raised. Who was named executor?

Please reply with your thoughts.

Mike
