Legal Question
Who can I leave my house to
My x husband remarried and has 4 children, he is separated for 2 years to his second wife.
He now wants to leave the home he inherited from his parents to my son who is 25 years old.
Can he do this legally or will his current wife and children whom he is not divorced from get this house?
The house is only in my x husbands name.
