Who pays taxes and ect?
My father died 9 months ago and he signed the house over to me and my brother for $1.00 now my brother stole money from my mom and he wont help me pay the taxes homeowners ins and sewer bills
what should i do?

You have a couple of options: sell it and split the money; continue to pay all the expenses and keep accurate records, sue for partition. Alot depends on how the deed is titled.
