rights of stepchildren to estate of stepparent

father died leaving stepmother. stepmother dies. do step children have any rights to anything from the stepmothers estate?

Your question is not entirely clear. I will make some assumptions and then answer. If any of my assumptions are wrong, please call me and we can talk it out. I assume your natural father died and left a widow (2d marriage, not your mother) If she has a will, that will controls and she can leave you out of it. If she has no will, you are not a blood relative of her and therefor you wont inherit from her under the Intestate Act. There could be things to change this result such as a contract to make a will between your father and stepmother , but unless I have the facts wrong, my opinion stands.
