Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

My Step-Dad tricked my Mom into signing an irrevocable Will five years ago. I just found it out. There has been a split in the family -- my Step-Sisters committed identity thefts & fraud. Their Dad, who is in a nursing home, choose them over my Mom. We do not want the "Steps" in the Will at all, and we do not want to be in my Step-Dad's Will either. He is refusing to sign the release, though; what can we do in PA? Thanx, AC

There is no such thing as an irrevocable will. Anyone can write a new one revoking all previous wills.

As to not being in Stepdad's will. So what? You don't have to accept any thing he gives you.

You need to talk to a real lawyer. Who ever been telling you what the law is has been feeding you a line of bull.
