Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

my father passed away a week ago, and before he passed he had stated to me that i had a trust fund and would be taken care of, it isnt stated in the will about the trust fund and i dont know how to find out if i really have one or not can you help me or sugguest where to look?

It is possible that your father created a trust for you outside of his will. You could try checking with your father's trusted advisors, like his accountant or attorney. You might also check with the Executor of his will, who might have some knowledge about a trust.

I agree with the other attorney as the best place to start. If your father dealt with one particular bank they may know something or if he had a brokerage account that would be a good place to look.
