Re: unsettled estate land

If there is an unsettled estate and the executor has not performed his duties then you are going to end up in court at some point in time to find out what goes to whom. You need to see an attorney so all of the documentation and see what is on the deeds and what needs to be done--retitle deeds; change executors; pay inheritance taxes (if not done already), etc. This situation is more complex than a brief answer and you REALLY need to see an attorney.

Re: unsettled estate land

This issue here is the need to quiet title. This could be done without an attorney but would be difficult. My firm has alot of contacts in the title industry and could probably handle this rather inexpensively.

If you would like to disucss it further we offer a free intitial consultation to all clients. We do work all over the state, although our office is in Pittsburgh.
