Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

I am on light duty at work. I am a roofer so light duty for me is driving to the office and not doing much. The office is about an hour from my house on days I have doctor's appointments does my company have to pay me for the day.

If you are getting paid to work and have to leave work for accident-related medical appointments, they should pay you for that time.

You either have to get paid by your employer, or it becomes part of your worker's comp claim. Most employers pay if it's just a few hours.
