Legal Question in Criminal Law in Philippines

hi i would like to file an annaulment of marriage.we were married last oct. of 2006. My husband is having an affair with another woman, they now have a 6 month old son. he's parents know about it but their denying it. i have a picture of him together with the woman and their son. could you please advise me of what to do or on what grounds can i use for the filing of annaulment..

The usual ground is psychological incapacity under Art. 36 of the Family Code. Then engage a lawyer of your own choice to file the petition to have your marriage declared null and void. Good luck to you.
