drug charges
if 2 people share a bedroom and drugs are found, and the male takes responsibility for it,and is formully charged can they come back later and charge the female with the same charges ?

Yes. It happens all of the time. There are two different types of legal "possession." One is called Actual Possession, where basically it is on the person of one individual. The second type is called "Constructive Possession," where it is not on the person of one individual, but it accessible and near both people.
