Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina

violation of privacy

I have a roommate that has lived in my house for three years. I just caught him watching me in the shower with a mirror, bouncing my image off the mirror on the wall. He has admitted doing this for some time. Is there anything legal to do to get him out of the house now? The police say there is nothing I can do except give him 30 days notice. I am locking myself in my room but he is alone in the house all day while I am at work. What can I do?
