two year affadavits warrants various

i have a doozy of a case if youre intersted.my son was arrested on july6,2002 for arrearage in child support.same day was served with drug charge.was taken to court in august which was set for nov2002 by judge.affadavits were from nov2000.warrants were just signed on july2002.he was sentenced and serving 6 months for suppport.was denied length to request motion of eveidence discovery.can they try him on another charge while serving one sentence?oh theres alot more.same agent working with dept.was busted by fbi all over town but sherriff is kin and kept him from going to jail.theres alot more my friend.please help

To answer your question, whether they can try him on one charge while he is serving a sentence on another charge, the answer is yes, they can.
