Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

child custody

I married a man in the military and my ex husband got custody of our children ''because both families live in Indiana'' I have been fighting for custody for years. My 16 yr old's girlfriend is pregnant not surprising due to lack of supervision on my son. My question is, is this enough change of circumstances to go back before the court for custody?

Re: child custody

There are many factors that are taken into consideration in custody cases. Failure to properly supervise is one, and different judges put different amounts of weight upon it.

These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
