Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

Definition of ''cohabitation''

In SC, in regards to the separation period for divorce, how to the courts define ''cohabitation. For example, if I visit my wife and spend the night during the 12 month separation period, does the clock start over?

Re: Definition of ''cohabitation''

Unless you exhibited an intent to resume your husband/wife relationship, the Court will most likely find that the clock did not restart based on the limited facts you provided.
