Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

My ex-wife has moved in 2 tenants and a friend. Since that time both my children's grades have plummeted and they are getting in trouble in school. My teeneged daughter also has a history of depression and cutting herself. I know that all these changes in my kids are a result of the distractions in their primary home. I know they don't get the time and attention from her the need. What can I do?

If you believe that the children would be better off with you, you should consult an attorney and discuss filing a custody action against the mother. If you do nothing now, it will be more difficult later to attempt to use these issues against her.

These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
