Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

My marriage

My husband has not stayed home for almost 2 days. He has not visit the home at all. I am currently 4 months pregnant we have daughter that is 2 years old. What can I do about my marriage? I love my husband, but he is not here with me when I need him the most. Each night my daughter and I cry ourselves to sleep because he is not with us. I have not idea where he is at all. Please help me. I have started the process for child support. Is this consider abandonment by him?

Based on the facts you allege, you may be able to file for a divorce on desertion at some point in the future, but not at this time. If you can't prove one of the other fault grounds at this time, then your best option will be to file for a legal separation.
