Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina
married 11 years, divorced for 10 years, remarried same man a year ago and he walked out and abandoned me 4 days ago, think he went back to ma. I live in s.c., I own my home bought it while we were split up for 10 years, my name is the only name on it, changed my will after remarrage to include husband in it with my son, know I need to change that soon, he left me no note no phone call no money, just packed and left. he forgot a few things for he must of been rushing, but he took the house keys and garage door opener, dont know what I should do next to protect myself.
