Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

My wife and I are still married however we are separated she is living with her parents and drops the kds off on weekends there is no child custody and nothing has been filed yet we have been living in sumter sc for about 9 months now and she is apparently unwilling to reconcile at all what I need to know is if she drops the kids off to me and I leave the state if I can get into trouble with the law?

I would suggest that you seek the advise of an attorney. Your question is too general for a specific yes or no answer. There are a lot of things that need to be taken into account as your wife still has rights. I would not advise anyone to leave the state without resolving any legal issues involving children in Court. Your wife can still file a complaint in court here whether you leave or not.
