Legal Question in Personal Injury in South Carolina

Accident & Civil Suits

My husband was hit by a 18 wheeler in December 1999.

We keep getting stalled from both our lawyer and the

insurance company for the trucking company. I would

like to know what statue of limitations are for a

civil suit against the driver and trucking company
